MSO builds the Sabre exclusively for clients already deep into the McLaren relationship — this isn't a car you shop for, it's a car McLaren offers you after enough prior purchases, which means the buyer pool is a subset of collectors who already own a Senna or comparable halo car and have somewhere secure to keep another one. With only fifteen examples worldwide, any given Sabre spends most of its existence as the rarest thing in a private collection rather than as transportation; the risk-reward math of putting real miles on an appreciating one-of-fifteen asset discourages the kind of use the engineering clearly supports. What track time it does see tends to be manufacturer-organized or invitation-only rather than owner-initiated.
